Shipping times and prices:

Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)		£10.00 GBP

 

Order processing and fulfillment times: 

Shipping times: We aim to dispatch your product within 5 working days. If we are shipping abroad please allow up to 14 working days.

Communications and Order Tracking:

After each successfully placed order, we will send an emailto your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase. 

Once your order is processed we will send you an order number where you can track your package.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: 

We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and unused. We will refund your full order amount within 14 working days.
